"Stayed two nights. Location was near the airport and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Dog friendly. Very clean and nice staff. There is a $100 refundable fee. Employees to not ,make the rules - so not sure why people feel they have the right to harass them. Would definitely stay again."

"I stayed at the Aiden last week while visiting my niece in Berkeley. The hotel was a quick 5 minute walk to the BART station, which is easy to navigate. I found the rooms clean and with all amenities. The staff at the front desk are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The breakfast I ordered on my last day was delivered right on time and piping hot! I will definitely return here for my next visit to Berkeley."
